Lundberg Systems Limited's methanol purification system is a unique distillation technology that recovers methanol-containing wastewater and steam generated from the kraft pulp manufacturing process and related processes, purifying it to a commercial-grade level of high-purity methanol (99.85 wt% or higher). This system primarily employs a multi-stage separation process based on distillation, utilizing differences in volatility to remove unwanted components (such as hydrogen sulfide and ammonia) while efficiently separating moisture and impurities.
